- Toll Collection System CASH and RFID
- 1st Intelligent Transport System in the Philippines,
- 1st Bridge Monitoring and Management System in the Philippines
- 1st SCADA to monitor and control the Medium Voltage electrical power supplies from two utility providers providing 100% redundancy.
- Asset Management Plan and First Principal Inspection of the cable stay bridge, and toll facilities in accordance with the approved O&M Manual
